We do have a few guidelines to make your stay with us safe and enjoyable for both you and your pet.

GUIDELINES FOR PETS ON PROPERTY

• No more than 2 pets to a suite, please.
• Pets are NOT allowed in the pool area, tennis court, gym, laundry room or game room.
• Pets must be on a leash at all times when outside your suite.
• Parents are responsible for cleaning up after their pets ON and OFF the resort property and must deposit all waste in the "DOGGIE BUSINESS CENTER" located on property. Please, do not use the trash chutes inside the building.
• Please, report (IMMEDIATELY) any "accidents" that occur in hallways or condos so that our staff may attend to them right away.
• Excessive or late night barking or other noises, which may disturb other guest, will not be tolerated. If this becomes a problem, we must ask that parents and pet leave.
• Upon checkout of the resort, the parent's suite will be inspected for any damages made and the guest will be responsible for those damages.

Although our experience is that those who travel with their pets tend to have well-behaved animals, sometimes accidents happen. As a pet parent, you will be responsible for any damages that might occur anywhere on the property.
